Description

Driven Transportation Group is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Transportation Operations Coordinator to support daily operations for both our Velocity Crew Transport and Driven Black Car Service divisions. This position is primarily administrative and reservation-focused but also includes light driving duties a few times during each shift.

The ideal candidate will handle airline crew reservations, monitor schedules, communicate with drivers and affiliates, assist in coordination with our call center, and maintain clear, professional communication with clients and partners. Flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate transportation reservations for airline crews and VIP clients.

  • Monitor crew schedules and adjust as necessary for on-time pickups and drop-offs.

  • Communicate with drivers, affiliate partners, and affiliate dispatch centers throughout the shift and be able to effectively use a Push-to-Talk cellphone.

  • Coordinate with our call center for updates, changes, and service management.

  • Assist with light driving duties, including picking up crews when necessary (a few short trips per shift).

  • Handle inbound phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently.

  • Input and update schedules using MS Outlook, Excel, and internal systems.

  • Maintain detailed records of daily activities and service updates.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Docs, MS ExcelMS Outlook, Smartphones and Apps

  • Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills.

  • Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

  • Comfortable driving a company vehicle occasionally during shift.

  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid work permit.

  • Must be at least 25 years old.

  • Must have reliable transportation, cell phone, and email access.

  • Must pass a background check.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to multi-task and manage a dynamic schedule.

  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.

  • Ability to communicate clearly under pressure with clients and team members.

  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic.

  • Familiarity with the Las Vegas metropolitan area is a plus.
